Preinsulated pipes and pipeline elements from Alpha-Tech LLC

    We offer to the Customer following preinsulated pipes and pipeline elements in jackets made of polythene and the zinc-coated steel:

1. Preinsulated pipes in polythene or zink-coated steel jackets for:
	• aboveground pipelines;     • underground pipelines;     • underground pipelines in the reinforced jacket.
2. Bends in polythene or zink-coated steel jackets:
	• with standard pipe-shoulder length;     • with shortened pipe-shoulder length;     • under 90°, 120°, 135° and 150° angles.
3. Tees (T-elements) in polythene or zink-coated steel jackets:
	• standard tees, parallel tees and ell-branches.
4. U-shaped elements in polythene or zink-coated steel jackets:
	• U-shaped compensators of hot-water pipelines.
5. Z-shaped elements in polythene or zink-coated steel jackets:
	• Z-shaped compensators of hot-water pipelines.
6. Reducers in polythene or zink-coated steel jackets:
	• reducers between sites of the pipeline of different diameters.
7. Pipe anchors in polythene jackets:
	• pipe anchors of hot-water pipelines.
8. Pipeline elements with cable output:
	• pipeline elements with cable output in polythene jacket;     • end pipeline elements with cable output through the polythene jacket;     • end pipeline elements with cable output through the metal plug;     • metal plugs.
9. Stop valves - tees with vent valve:
	• stop valves - tees with vent valve in polythene jacket.
10. Compensators:
	• axis compensators.
11. Field joint materials:
	• thermo-shrinking sleeves;     • components for pipeline joints filling;     • thermo-shrinking bands.

    Typical warranty on our preinsulated pipes and pipeline elements is 5 (five) full-service years.
