Our main goal is manufacturing of thermally preinsulated pipes, rigs and preinsulated pipelines, suitable for transportation of hot and chilled water, oil and gas, as well as other liquids, tolerant and chemically inert to carbon steel pipelines. Our preinsulated pipes are ideally suitable for underground channel-free thermal networks with the following parameters of the heat-carrier: carrier pressure up to 1.6 MPa, carrier temperature up to 130°C (266°F).
We offer pre-insulated pipes with external diameter of a steel tube from 57 mm up to 1020 mm (from 2 inches up to 40 inches), guaranteeing their strict conformity to the ISO 9001 Certificate as well as Quality Certificate of Russian Federation, certificate number ROSS.RU.AYu.64.N02715.
Our preinsulated pipes allow:
• To lower inline thermal losses from 30 % down to 3 %;
• To lower capital expenses on pipelines construction, down to 1.5 times;
• To lower annual charges on heating systems operation, down to 10 times;
• To extend service life of pipelines up to 30 years;
• To exclude emergencies on a pipelines, such as heat-carrier leakage.
Our preinsulated pipes can be equipped with built-in, cost-effective systems of online remote check-up & testing (ORC). Based on technique of pulse reflectometry, these built-in-pipe ORC circuits allow real-time remote supervision over the state of pipeline, with ability to define a place of accident leakage with less-than-meter (near 3 feet) accuracy.
At wish of the Customer, we provide delivery of our production on the DAP (Delivery At Port) or DAF (Delivery At Frontier) conditions. Typical warranty on our preinsulated pipes is 5 (five) full-service years.
